This June, “Gaggan”, the winner of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017 awards, will set up a pop-up eatery at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, fromÂ June 15 to 17, where celebrated Chef Gaggan Anand will present â€œProgressive Indian Cuisineâ€ in Japan forÂ the first time!
Known for his skill in combining local ingredients with traditional Indian spices and avant-garde culinary techniques, Chef AnandÂ willÂ presentÂ a 15-course dinner menu at the pop-up, where space will beÂ limited to 12 diners per sitting.
Guests can make the most of the pop-up by booking a special accommodation package at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo.
