
This June, “Gaggan”, the winner of Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017 awards, will set up a pop-up eatery at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo, from June 15 to 17, where celebrated Chef Gaggan Anand will present “Progressive Indian Cuisine†in Japan for the first time!


Known for his skill in combining local ingredients with traditional Indian spices and avant-garde culinary techniques, Chef Anand will present a 15-course dinner menu at the pop-up, where space will be limited to 12 diners per sitting.
Guests can make the most of the pop-up by booking a special accommodation package at Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo. The special package includes a one-night stay in a Mandarin Grand room or Mandarin Suite for two people; dinner at the “Gaggan” pop-up at the Mandarin Oriental, Tokyo for two people and breakfast at K’shiki All Day Dining or Oriental Lounge.The package for two is priced at Rs 78,077 for a Mandarin Grand room and Rs 1,24,350 for a Mandarin Suite.
