November 2017: To celebrate 25 glorious years of winemaking, Grover Zampa Vineyards recently launched Auriga – India’s first sparkling wine with gold flakes. An extravagant addition to indulgence and celebration, the gently aged wine with a dusting of old flakes has been described as the epitome of finesse and craftsmanship. Lemony gold in colour, the wine has a fresh nose of citrus and floral aromas with a pleasant sensation of fruit and creaminess on the palate, extending to a long and refreshing finish with hints of brioche and dried apricot.

Grover Zampa Vineyards believes in consumer experience through constant innovation, says Kapil Grover, chairman, Grover Zampa Vineyards. “We stand for heritage, rich culture and exceptional craftsmanship. Auriga sparkling wine is an exquisite experience matching the joy of life’s ceremonial moments,” he says.

Karishma Grover, associate winemaker, Grover Zampa Vineyards says, “We are immensely proud to add another glorious wine to our collection with Auriga, which brings just the right amount of sparkle to our 25th-anniversary celebrations. Aged through MéthodeTraditionnelle, (with a second fermentation in the bottle) the rich, pale, straw-coloured Auriga with its edible gold flakes makes a perfect aperitif.”
