|Le Meridien, Pune had organized a wine appreciation event where General Manager Jaswinder Narang played gracious host to Juliette Monmousseau, Director Exports of Bouvet Ladubay.
Bouvet Ladubay has French style wines from the Saumur region which were paired with a five course sit down dinner.
The event started with a presentation of the company by Juliette. After that she took guests through a tasting session. This was followed by dinner in Spice Island, Le Meridien’s fine dine restaurant. The dinner comprised of exotic preparations such as Normandy style seafood tart with citrus salad and black grape jus, consommé with chicken and cilantro quenelles, chocolate pecan pie with vanilla ice cream. La Nompareille-Saumur Blanc, Chinon Rouge A.O.C., Coteaux du Layon were the names of wines that were paired with the food.
