The Delhi chapter of the International Wine & Food Society pulled out all the stops for an eventful three-day programme for members of the Asia Pacific Zone in the Indian capital. The Welcome Dinner at the Ambience Green Golf Course (adjoining the Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel) on February 27, commenced at the first hole with Champagne and canapés passed around as guests arrived in turbans and Indian dress for a lavish Indian buffet prepared by Chef Neeraj Rawoot of The Leela Ambience and his team. The guests greatly enjoyed the balmy weather, delicious food and excellent wines, as is evident from the pictures below.
