The range of dishes offered recall the style of food served at eateries along this fabled route, which once stretched from Peshawar in present day Pakistan to Kolkata in east India. The dishes will be complemented by a choice of premium whiskies; among the pairings are Kasoondi Jhinga (mustard flavoured tiger prawns) with The Macallan (12 years old); Palak ke Kebab (spinach kebabs) with Glenmorangie, the original; Bater Masaledaar (masala quail) with The Yamazaki, 12 years old; and Roganjosh with Talisker, 18 years old.
