Chad Arnold has worked in the wine and food industry for 17 years during which he has designed and opened three full menu café’s and has consulted with many others. He co-founded Vintage Ventures, a company focusing on wine education and service for corporations. Chad has also taught wines courses such as The Great Wines of Germany & Austria, The Mind-Body Problem: Thinking & Drinking, and The Great Wines of Spain.

Fiona Beckett is a contributing editor for Decanter Magazine. She has also written for BBC Good Food, Australian Gourmet Traveller and Bon Appetit (USA).

Gustasp & Jeroo Irani are travel writers who have sniffed, swirled, sipped... and hacked their way through a number of wineries around the world. They write for The Economic Times, The Hindu and Business Traveller India among other publications.

Judith Croll Swanger is a a Master of Wine from the Culinary Institute of America. She lives in Healdsburg, California and is the President of Wine God, INC which provides educational formats for wine service in the hospitallity industry.

Lydia Itoi is a food and wine journalist currently based in London and writing for TIME Magazine Europe as well as Newsweek Japan and various American publications.

Magandeep Singh is a Delhi based Sommelier and wine consultant. He currently writes a column for The Hindustan Times and has written for several other publications too. He has served on an India Today Food Jury. Magandeep has also conducted wine classes for several hotels and restaurants across India.

Michele Shah is a  wine,  food and  travel writer based in Italy who has been covering wine for twenty years. She writes for publications such as Wine Spectator, Decanter, Wine International and Wine & Spirit International and is a Member of the Circle of Wine Writers. She is also a consultant to the Italian wine trade.

Paul Ippolito produces an independent consumer newsletter on wine and is a widely published Australian wine writer and broadcaster.

Roy Moorfield is a Melbourne wine merchant and marketer, whose several consultancies include being the Australian adviser to Cathay Pacific and winemaking consultant for Chinkara wines.

Stephen Espie is a retired American diplomat and freelance writer living in india. He was formerly wine editor of Gourmet magazine.

Sourish Bhattacharyya is a Delhi-based wine and food writer. He is also the former editor of HT City, the lifestyle section of The Hindustan Times.
