The Great Indian Wine Tasting. Results next week
The much-awaited Great Indian Wine Tasting is finally here. On Sunday, 4 November 2012, the Sommelier India Tasting Panel will meet at the Claridges Hotel, New Delhi, to taste over 35 Indian wines to select the best in class. Each producer was asked to send a maximum of four bottles only. The eight Sommelier India Tasting Panel members will be tasting these wines blind. The SI Great Indian Wine Tasting is intended to help the consumer decide which Indian wines to drink. It is not a competition but the Panel's recommendations to let wine enthusiasts know more about Indian wines. Watch this space for the results.
