The range of wines served at the event included nine pocket-friendly wines from Italy. Most of them were priced between Rs 850-Rs 1100, and included Ammirato's Pinot Grigio, Rosato Rose, Prosecco, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Valpolicella, Valpolicella Classico and Chianti Colli Sensi. The relaxed and leisurely afternoon was accompanied by a splendid display of food by Executive Chef Nimish Bhatia, including a mouth-watering array of salads, mains and desserts and a live pasta counter. To add to the atmosphere, there was live music, prompting a spontaneous sing-along from the members present.

For fans of Italian wines here was a wonderful chance to sip, swirl and imbibe some easy-drinking wines in what turned out to be a fun and relaxed afternoon.
