In the cool of the night, away from the city, young fashion designer Vidya Tiwari presented her collections at the lawns adjoining the fort walls. Guests were served a selection of wines from Champagne Indage Ltd with vegetarian and non-vegetarian starters.

Paneer Malai Tikka and Fish Tikka paired with Chantilli Chenin Blanc; Soneri Mudra and Mutton Seek Kaebabs with Chantilli Merlot; Spicy Stuffed Mushroom and Chari Murg Tikka with Chantilli Zinfandel; vegetable and fish tartlets with Marquise de Pompadour, the popular sparkling wine, were served interspersed with Vidya’s designs presented by models. Wine trainer Jacob Alexander shared interesting wine tasting notes and asked guests wine related questions with wine bottles as prizes, after which an elaborate buffet dinner was served.
