Wine Society Of India at The Imperial Hotel

winesocietyofindia11.jpg On October 10th, the Wine Society of India will be holding a launch event at the Imperial Hotel in Delhi. Read about The Wine Society of India and its Bangalore and Mumbai launches. Also read about the Judgment of Bangalore. Sommelier India has some exclusive invitations for its subscribers. If you would like to attend email us immediately. These invitations are going fast. Keep reading for further details.

Information and education about the wine world, invitations to wine wasting opportunities and supply of good quality, good value wines with home delivery.

You can avail of all this and more, if you join The Wine Society of India. Membership is free but you must commit to take two 6-bottle shipments in a year. Shipments are priced at no more than Rs. 10,000, and you are advised in advance of content and pricing of each shipment before you pay. All wines can be replaced or refunded if you are not happy.

So you can enjoy all the benefits of membership of The Wine Society of India, assess whether the wines are to your liking, and then if you don't consider it worth staying a member, cancel in the last quarter.

The Four Seasons Wine Discoveries programme has no connection with the hotel chain, but is a way to source wine without fuss if you don't enjoy the retail experience, and don't have your own favourite wines already in your collection.

Steven Spurrier, who is also a member of Sommelier India’s Advisory Council, is the Chairman of the Board, and his guiding hand is on every aspect of the company activities.

The Society has over 1000 active members in India. In the UK The Wine Society (no connection, apart from the name) has over 100,000 members and is one of the country's most prestigious sources of wine at all price points. They too host wine events all over the country.

Signing up now will get you invited to the Delhi Launch event in the Ballroom of The Imperial Hotel on October 10, 2008 and many more free wine tasting events.

Call (22)66282200 or 1800 209 WINE (9463) toll free, to find out more. View the last Karnataka shipment and the last Maharashtra ones too.
