Four wines viz., Kendall Jackson Collage Semillon Chardonnay, Kendall Jackson Collage Cabernet Shiraz, Kendall Jackson Vintner's Reserve Chardonnay and the Kendall Jackson Vintner's Reserve Pinot noir were matched by an excellent menu which included Double Cleared Tomato Essence with Herbs Essence, Caesar Salad with Smoked Chicken and Garlic Toast, Grilled Chicken Breast on Stuffed Polenta and Semolina, Roast Lamb Chops served with Mashed Potatoes and Spinach Tortellini and followed by Ameraretto Flavoured Traditional Italian Delicacy-Tiramisu.

The KJ Cabernet Shiraz and the KJ Vintner's Reserve Chardonnay were outstanding. 47 members enjoyed this evening thoroughly and have Aman Dhall of Brindco to thank for this who helped put it together.
