The Days of Wine and Yoga
 | Yoga and wine may seem a strange combination to most people but for a yoga instructor in Madison, Wisconsin (USA) it made perfect sense. According to The New York Times, Angela Gargano staged weekend long wine and yoga retreats last August and is now taking the concept across the United States. In other words, as long as you're not doing yoga drunk or getting drunk after doing yoga, there's no harm. Better still is to treat the wine drinking as an educational endevour too. Angela Gargano takes her students on tours of vineyard between yoga sessions.

I am a Yoga teacher based in London. This year I am visiting and possibly teaching yoga at a vineyard in Nasik, India where a good friend of mine from Estonia is currently working. So it seems this article came along at the right time!
