Wine is America's new favorite alcoholic beverage, according to a new poll from Gallup, tying beer in a statistical dead heat and easily beating liquor. Wine took the lead largely because it's being increasingly enjoyed by men, drinkers ages 30 to 49 and minorities. In contrast to this, in 1992 47% of Americans polled liked beer while only 27% chose wine.

A 5-course meal with 5 premium wines from Spain, Italy, France, Chile, USA and Australia will be served. Mr. Subhash Arora, President of Indian Wine Academy and Mr. Sourish Bhattacharyya, Executive Director will talk of wines being presented and matching of food and wine.
