All roads lead to VinExpo
The Bordeaux chamber of commerce and industry has been hosting the VINEXPO exhibition, the biggest such event since 1981.
Taking place every alternate year and bringing together thousands of exhibitors and visitors, it is the key event for the international wine and spirit industries. Held between June 19 and 23, 2005, Vinexpo’s aim is to promote the culture of wine globally and provide wine industry professionals an excellent opportunity for networking. Approximately 2,400 exhibitors from 41 countries and 45,000 visitors from 140 countries are participating this year. In related news, Vinexpo has announced it will hold its second Hong Kong event in May next year. The last Hong Kong VinExpo was in 1998.
