Ambitious and talented with more than 15 years of culinary experience, Anupam is Head Chef of “Rasoi by Vineet”. (See previous post.) Anupam was the sous-chef at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, instrumental in the implementation of Indian and Asian food. His talent and passion for Indian fine dining made him the obvious choice for the role of Head Chef.
Before relocating to Geneva, Anupam spent time at the Michelin starred “Rasoi” restaurant in London, working closely with Vineet Bahtia to immerse himself fully in Bhatia’s distinctive “evolved Indian cuisine”. Anupam has many achievements to be proud of, including winning the company-wide competition to represent The Oberoi Group in the “Taste of Asia” chef promotion. He also represented Raffles Hotel, Singapore at a fine cuisine showcase at its sister hotel, Hotel L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles.
Anupam’s secret is to use nothing but the freshest ingredients and to keep his creations simple. There is no doubt that his diverse experiences in different parts of the world reflect in his cooking.
